There are three types of insurance adjusters licensed by the Department of Financial Services to work in the state of Florida.

The insurance companies have two types of insurance adjusters who represent their interests.  

• Staff Adjuster: they works directly for the Insurance Company.  
• Independent Adjuster: these adjusters are contracted by the insurance company.  

The third are Public Adjusters which have no connection with the Insurance Company. Public adjusters are solely responsible to represent you and your interests in regards to your claim.

As your public adjuster, we can help you through the entire claim process, which can be very cumbersome if you’re not familiar with your requirements after a loss.

We make sure the insurance company and their adjusters apply the policy coverages correctly.

We can also help provide a number of experts to support your claim and provide the necessary documentation which may be required by the insurance company.

Our first and only obligation is to you, the policyholder. We will begin the claims process immediately once you have made the decision to hire us to handle your claim. We will complete a thorough inspection of your property and review your insurance policy for coverages. 

With your help, we will also acquire the required documentation that may be needed in order to support your claim per insurance company requirements. 

We will keep you informed of all correspondences with the insurance company in relation to your claim. 

As your Public Adjuster, we work hard to look out for your best interests and will help you stay in control of your claim, and remember we don’t get paid unless you get paid.
